Whew, we made it to the end of another week! We had such a wonderful week and now we’re headed into a weekend that Ben has off of work. It’s always so nice to have him home on the weekend! I have some fun things to recap from this week, so let’s get started.
Beach Babe
This week we took a family walk at a local park that’s on a lake and it has some beautiful trails. We walked down to the water and Willa loved it. It was so fun to watch her take it all in.
We had so much fun that we came back later in the day with swimsuits and hung out on the beach. Willa dipped her toes in the water a bit. She is such a water baby and it’s so much fun to see how much she loves it.
Mickey Swimsuit
A continuation of the previous post…I have been waiting all summer to put Willa in this swimsuit and it finally fits her! I bought this when I was pregnant and I couldn’t wait to put her in it. If you know Ben and I, then you know that we LOVE Disney. This sweet swimsuit is from Hanna Andersson, which is one of our favorites (I especially love their pajamas for Willa). They don’t have this pattern available anymore, but they do have the same style in three other cute patterns: strawberries, bees, and the most adorable lemons!
Dining Room Decor
I recently ordered these pictures that are printed on wood and I love them!! (These frequently go on sale for 50% off, so if you’re interested in buying them, wait for the sale price!) I am working on redoing our dining room decorations and these prints work perfectly for what I’m going for. I’m hoping to share what I’m all working on soon!
Ben Graduated
Willa is smiling so big because Ben officially graduated!!! He finished classes about two weeks ago, but this week he was sent his “e-diploma” (who knew that was a thing?!) It’s a bummer that the graduation ceremony was cancelled, but nevertheless I’m so proud of him and all of the hard work he has put into school.
Side note: this photo makes me giggle. I feel like Ben has reached a new level of dad status with a paci hanging out of his back pocket.
